All about us I am Mark Richardson some people know me as Fluff and I am the window cleaner! After being made redundant from my job in construction I decided to set up this business. I am fully trained in the use of the Water Fed Pole cleaning apparatus. I have Health and Safety and First Aid certificates. I have public liability insurance to the value of £2 million pounds with MMA insurance.
I am also a rugby coach at the junior section of Torquay Rugby Club, for this I have been CRB checked. My wife Zoe is helping me with the running of the business, she also designed my website and logo. I have 4 children, 3 teenage boys and a little girl, Ruby. My boys sometimes help me with window cleaning in the school holidays and Ruby often accompanies me when I am giving quotes.
